Who we are

Polyanne Papers. is a small to medium sized entity wholly owned and managed by black individuals who work within an environment of trust and respect both amongst colleagues and with our clients. Our operations endeavour to contribute to the enhancement of the quality of life for people locally within the North West Province of our country and more generally within South Africa, as well as in a number of SADC countries.

We are motivated to continually deliver superior products and to exceed the expectations of our customers and indeed, our own. Polyanne processes virgin and recycled paper. But we do much more than that. Please read on.

What makes us different?

Our product, One-up, responds to client requirements driven by a need for quality, freshness and luxury - product attributes that form the blueprint for our delivery promise.

Polyanne has a staff complement of more than ten people, having grown substantially since the registration of the close corporation in February 2002. The company is wholly owned and managed by black individuals with a broad spectrum of complementary skills and experience. These individuals have been involved in commercial and retail business over a number of years, as well as in their respective professional practices.

Over the years Polyanne has developed a national perspective, service delivery capability and a proven track record of accomplishment in meeting the highest client expectations and standards of excellence. Polyanne consciously seeks community involvement through its operations and endeavours to create value for its clients, improving clients' competitive advantage within their own markets.

By purchasing from Polyanne, you are not only supporting our company, but you are acting in terms of national Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment principles (BBBEE). As such, you are bolstering employment opportunties in our local community and contributing to the rural development objectives of the government.
